If the angle (10-15 arc sec) is correct then the comet size is correct cca 50000 km.

The angular size of the coma is not the angular size of the comet's nucleus. The coma is a very thin "atmosphere" surrounding the comet's nucleus and can get very large. It is much less dense then a morning fog.

This makes sense, but this comet is not yet so active to create such a big coma in a dirty snow ball comet model anyway. For a little comet to create such coma, it should be very close to the Sun, but it is still between 4-5 UA, the distance where this thing should start to sublimate.

Coma's start to form at the distance but there is not set rule so why do create this strange rule that it shouldn't have a coma?

For sure it should create a coma, but why so big this time?
