So the big question is, when will this thing arrive? I have heard November, and it will be visible in June? Correct?

So sounds like it will be visible in November? I heard that NASA said it will be as bright as the moon? I guess by arrive I meant closest to Earth. I'm not very knowledgable about this area, I am an engineer though, so I have a science and math background.
