As said above: X-rays have nothing to do with electric discharges - the X-ray spectrum is part of the light spectrum.
Also the electric field in the picture is part of the Jupiter magnetosphere. If you have any proof, it's related to the impact, please provide and reference it.
And once more: I asked you about any electrical discharges (thunderbolt) in the beforehand of the Shoemaker-Levy 9 impacts on Jupiter.
Question not answerd, but dancing around and trying to distract the readers.
