South African Police - poor training from 1994.

The SAPS today recieve very poor training,there is absolute NO dissipline thats the big downfall and the lack of the law and crime investigation,i\we had the best training in the eighties but we(whites) were all asked to "leave" to get the race balance right,where did it leave this country now?,i was thoroughly trained in SWAT,RIOT AND CROWD CONTROL,BUSH WARFARE,INVESTIGATION OFF CRIME ext,its an absolute disgrace even reporting an accident the total incompetance,i dont even bother reporting a crime its a waste of time.

Send them back to bootcamp for some time and some of our "previous" instructors to revamp them and first of all teach them dissipline for starters,its like a holiday camp nowadays in the police training facility thats the problem,why isent it working today?...wrong goverment?...
