Likewise, I'm more than suspicious that each of us have more control over this than we're supposed to know. When you finally figure it out it's time to change your thoughts into ones that bring freedom and happiness.

That's so easy to say and really difficult to do.

For my entire life all I could see was the "worst case scenario".....and consequently that was my experience.

It's vital that we search our heart and mind in order to see exactly what we BELIEVE and WHY

Change our thoughts and we'll change our reality.

However, I remain in many discouraging and self-defeating thoughts. I could kick myself.....I know better.

What I'm suggesting is the most difficult thing thing I've ever attempted. But I refuse to give up. I'm the problem and I know it. It's been my quest for the past several years to prove this to myself.

It is kinda weird. I feel like now that I've figured it out I'll try and make a conscious effort to avoid the mistakes of the past. It seems like even still a lot of the same old events seems to come around knocking. Then even though you're aware of them and what's going on, sometimes you feel like there's not a lot of other good options to choose from.

Everything in the universe is developing in spiral form.Some good examples are the movement of the planets around the stars,the spiral form of the galaxies,the circle of water on our planet. The same things happens in our life.This is how the soul which we are is developing.Things are happening in spiral form to our life in order to get the wisdom from a certain situation and move on with new experinces and situations.If we dont master a lesson it will repeat until we master it. (Offtopic:Also interesting is that wherever there is a strong energy you can see spirals.Thats why we have spiral hair in the top of our head and in the edges of our fingers because there is where the cosmic energy is coming in and out.Same things happens in various place on earth like in sedona where you can find spiral trees and rocks.)

I find that i'm having my life repeat itself with men. only this time are the happy days and not abusive and ugly. its really freaking me out, but its happening.
