Such redundancies will not make a case. No one has witnessed creation, therefor it is not evidence of itself.
I normally don't get involved in these evolution threads, simply because no one usually even considers the other side(s) in a way other than opposition. The OP did not really mean to ask the question in the thread title, it seems she meant to say something like "I have nothing but my word and my word is evolution is bunk. God made man 6000 years ago and then made woman from man's rib. God then allowed man and woman to create several generations without genetic consequences until the gene-pool was large enough to allow interbreeding to cause problem, and left man to it."

Take note, I did not put those words in OPs mouth, I simply stated what it seems the OP believes.
