Everything is energy - you, me, animals, the sun, the floor under your feet, etc...everything is energy.

And energy follows waveforms - how quickly it oscillates (and therefore vibrates) is up to you.

We even walk like a waveform.. picture the head on top of a body as someone walks.. it goes up and down and up and down like a wave.. forever..

we are moving exactly as the earth is around the sun... beyond just the movement of a waveform we are also electromagnetic which has its own properties and should not be understated...
