Less than 1% of all matter you see is actually "solid" matter. On a sub-atomic level, over 99% of the volume of atoms is comprised of potential positions of electrons flying around the nucleus. The protons, neutron, and electrons are less than 1% of the total mass of the atom. Everything else is energy. Reality is an illusion.

The illusion is that people thought they knew everything about reality, and scientists claim everyday they know. The real reality is we know nothing, that is not an illusion.
