Less than 1% of all matter you see is actually "solid" matter. On a sub-atomic level, over 99% of the volume of atoms is comprised of potential positions of electrons flying around the nucleus. The protons, neutron, and electrons are less than 1% of the total mass of the atom. Everything else is energy. Reality is an illusion.
