I am surprised builders aren't raising a stink because they would know how concrete floors are poured. Either the entire house drops in the hole or nothing drops. That's why a rebar grid is embedded in the concrete floor. |

Concrete floors are poured around a steel rebar grid tied together so the entire floor behaves as one solid piece. If the ground gives way the floor stays intact. That's why a rebar grid is embedded in the concrete floor. are you a construction worker? ok here is something maybe you dont know.. these homes in Florida are old... we do not have basements if we have a pipe lets say in the kitchen a drain pipe there is no crawl space its under ground no way getting at it unless you dig a tunnel how do I know? cause this happened with me and the plumbing company had people dig under my house I saw whats under there homes here are just a giant cement block built to withstand hurricanes |
