They are familys who follow plans for hundreds of years. Then they give parts away to their pawns(bilderberg group etc.). Its probably some thousand people who know everything. Its the masonic principle of the degrees.
Their goal is power over humanity forever and all the "benefits" that come with it.
They do it in taking over. You cant say the whole FBI, DHS is in it. They get slowly in it..give away positions to their family members and friends.
Thats what they did in Newtown. Taking over the school and all important positions. There are hints that the Newtown OP probably started 3 years ago with several key players moving in(school principle, familys, teachers..).
