if there is more than one she will be okay my small dog only had one baby and had to have a se section because it was too big the vet said if she had 2 in there it would have been fine
she also mated with a larger dog
I wouldnt cut the umbilical cords it could kill them let the mamma do it I have had to do mouth to mouth on a few babies before if the arent breathing turn them over gently pat the back remove all the stuff out of the airway then put your mouth over the entire mouth and breath gently into there mouth
make sure the mamma cat has plenty of water near her no food just water
