gut is a major problem to many many people

• Sugar cravings, especially for heavily refined carbs

In order to have a healthy gut, one must maintain healthy bacteria in the gut.

That's gonna be hard if one ingests processed anything, including drinks, i.e., sodas, "corn syrup drinks"...

All that junk introduces bad bacteria, and if the gut isn't stable and strong...IBS...Constipation...OR whatever those people get.

Acidophilus...plain and simple.
Healthy gut equals long healthy life.

I think the amount of sugar in manufactured food is increased intentionally with the knowledge that it feeds parasites and bacteria. This planet is infested with parasites, worms and all sorts of bugs and we believe it is part of natures way of functioning but it is not! We do not realize that it's one of the primary reasons why this planet is quarantined and cut off from having contact with other intelligent beings in the universe.
