I don't send them money,for one thing. And after 20 yrs of having Demoncrats ruin what's left of our state here, we finally have a Republican governor in office! And yes, he's already taking a tough stance. He signed a bill that will cut the unemployment people can draw down to 350.00/week. That is so the state can pay off it's debt in 3 yrs instead of 6. I think it is too little too late to really change things here. These fools around here just want to be left alone to drink their beer and do their drugs. They don't want to do any real work, they wanna just sit on their asses and have someone else pay the bills. NOT GONNA HAPPEN! A lot of things are gonna change and I hope they do very soon!

It really is a creepy fucking place. Had a layover flight that I was waiting for there and walked down the entire terminal I was in and saw that plaque and went, "WTF?", and this was when I first started getting into conspiracies and stuff. Saw the murals too and had the same reaction. The whole airport kinda creeped me out actually.

That's good, not being a smartass either. And yes, I am scared. Scared for what's happening in our state and country in general. I would love to kick the corrupt politicians asses right out into the street, trust me (both parties, but the dems most of all), but I have kids that wouldn't do well with a dead or incarcerated mother. So, I exercise my 2nd amendment rights, show up in person when they're debating this crap in the CO legislature, call, write and email my representatives....you get the picture.

I hope things change soon, too...I really do.

This is fear mongering. The proposed Bill would prohibit large capacity ammunition magazines. It doesn't say a word about shotguns.

"LARGE CAPACITY MAGAZINE" DOES NOT MEAN:

A .22 CALIBER TUBE AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICE;

OR

A TUBULAR MAGAZINE THAT IS CONTAINED IN A LEVER-ACTION FIREARM.

All pump-action shotguns fit the definition of "high capacity magazines". Almost all semi-auto shotguns do as well.

I was watching that Vid Chip post a few days ago in full. One of the quiet points made was a single blast form a shotgun was compared to a 5 round burst from a machine gun and that a shotgun was superior to all semi-auto assult rifles.

You could tell they want all shot guns gone.

This Bill could never be interpreted to ban shotguns, just the high capacity magazines. As long as a shotgun didn't have one of those magazines attached, it would still be legal.
