If the earth's magnetic poles are shifting and we are affected by the earth wouldn't it just be natural that we would be affected by something like BiPolar Disorder? It only makes sense.

ADHD, BiPolar, Schizophrenia, Autism and Depression have recently been found to be all connected together biologically. So you can almost use these interchangeably now. You don't have to add it into my post. :D

It's not caused by the environment or unseen natural forces at all...

People's realities are collapsing towards the singularity. Many are developing physical ailments where their energy is stuck and needs to be cleared. Others are having difficulties in their perceptions of reality because this is what needs to come into alignment with all that is.

Could be an excuse for people that are just nasty.

No they don't have to accept it. But with that said the person who is acting out of place is not in control as such. There are medications, counseling and natural remedies such as a better diet, proper sleep, meditation and exercise that the person needs to work with or else they won't get better just worse. For most people it is a life long problem but with proper diligence it can be managed.
