Stopped for speeding, asked if I owned any firearms WTF

Whether its true or not, it reminded me about the nurse, er rather medical assistant asking if we had firearms at home. Little snotty brat gave me an attitude when I said it wasn't her business. She said asking was for the safety of son. I said my son has been taught to respect weapons and has been trained to use one if he needs to, so you no longer need to worry about my sons safety. If I were you I'd worry about myself and question why it is you are being told to ask such dumb questions.

May I add this question was asked a few weeks back when I took my daughter to quick care. My response that time was a little different, as I was not expecting to be asked about firearms, especially when she was there for a UTI.
