Maybe he should have searched Newtown as the town. As Sandy Hook is not actually a town in Connecticut.
Sandy Hook is in fact a specific area of Newtown, Connecticut.
I stopped watching as soon as I saw what town the guy was using in his search. Even though he had the wrong town, in his query he entered Sandy Hook as on word, not two.
