i dont think you understand the significance of this, russia is building up its military just as iran is facing a ton of international pressure, china and japan are arguing over the control of a group islands which have a ton of oil under it, syrian rebels are receiving weapons, training and cash from the US which means russia will lose an ally in the region. many countries are building up their forces. the list would be too long for me to list them all.
