WTF!!!! California Smoking Ban Would Prohibit People From Smoking Inside Their Own Homes!!!

It is only for condo units, or places that are probably being rented to them and they share with other people.

This makes perfect sense to me, if you were renting out a place to someone would you want them to smoke in it and then have to repaint the walls and redo carpeting after they leave?

Bleh, then they just smoke outside and you have to walk through a haze to get out of the house. Let them smoke indoors.

They should charge an extra deposit, if they are going to do anything. They do this for pets who tear up things, the same should be for a smoker.
