It is 54 tanks per state. DHS Only deals in domestic affairs. There is no possibility of them using these tanks elsewhere.

These tanks exist. I'm not sure about the numbers. I live in oklahoma next to the railroad station and not 3 weeks ago I saw 4 railcars loaded with what I would describe as "mini tanks". About the width and length of a big truck, can easily navigate city streets. They had 3 per car so I saw 12 right here in OK. Asked ex military cousin what he thought about it and said they this is a common route for shipping tanks and that they had been doing it since before I was born. He couldn't tell me where they were being shipped to though and proceeded to shrug it off. This was a few days after I woke up drenched in sweat after having a dream of a mini blackhawk heli pumpin out rounds down on a walmart parking lot. All you see is people scrambling for their cars and i'm on my porch with a friend (about a mile from the walmart, but in plain view) look up to see that heli hovering over the parking lot. In my dream I thought it was a police copter chasing someone, until they starting slaughtering people in the parking lot. And as the heli turned towards my house and rounds started hitting everywhere around me I woke up. Got a call from the friend I was on my porch with in the dream that I hadn't talked to in years. Just wanted to see how I was. To this day nothing has ever scared me so bad, even things in real life. I was shaken. And it was all to real..
