Besides, the guy asked for it. You just can't use offensive profanity towards an officer. It is considered preemptive to assault.
In fact, nearly ALL "surprise" attacks occur moments after offensive language.
So here is a tip, do not try to command an officer to leave his duty. That can be seen as mental instability.
Do not ever contradict yourself beyond simple language mistakes.

And why you don't see him "illegally" detaining him as the problem is beyond me...... Now, illegal detention is a problem. But if that cop was me, I would have detained as well. Admitting if the detention was illegal or not is not what determines the mans detention. The mans actions do. I can arrest a drunk driver legally and tell him he was arrested illegally because I have the right to say that. It doesn't determine the person status, their actions do. AND this mans actions justify detention. At least in my part of the world it does. Can't see why not over there. And after all that, good luck trying to find a judge who will ruin an officers career over a punk who stalks police in the first place.
