He could have said that all to the officer in a much more calm manner and made a much more valid point. Quoting: Simann For all the officer knew, the guy was tripping out on drugs, so in effort to ensure public safety the officer arrested the guy. Officers are no above the law, but they do enforce the law that is written. Part of those laws is that the officer is entitled to ensure his own safety as well as ensure public safety. He had a wild look in his eye Your Honour, i could tell what he was thinking. He raised his voice Your Honour, you know how much danger that is to the public, i was fulfilling my oath in detaining him, as people are viciously wounded on a daily basis from people with loud voices. |

I simply can not believe a man going to college for LAW, none-the-less, does not understand how to handle this situation. Unfortunately mistakes DO happen. How we handle mistakes will show our character. Bottom line, the cop was calm, the guy was using offensive profanity. WHo is the aggressor here? The punk driver obviously |

And there are a shit ton of these fucking cowards too. They're everywhere. Austin is a city of "pilot programs" for the NWO, so these cops are always on some other shit. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34614914 Thank goodness, I live just outside of "weird" Austin. We took a trip to downtown to meet with a friend. A lot of "weird" people hanging out looking like they were up all night the night before. Didn't the police chief want to lower alcohol limit to .06% One beer for some people and they're arrested if caught driving. Fuck him. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 24606417 United States 03/04/2013 12:10 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | BELLIGERENT Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24606417 ONLY BELLIGERENTS HAVE RIGHTS ! In U.S. vs. JOHNSON (76 Fed, Supp. 538), (speaking of YOUR 5th amendment protected right against self-incrimination...) Federal District Court Judge James Alger Fee ruled that: "The privilege against self-incrimination is neither accorded to the passive resistant, not to the person who is ignorant of his rights, nor to one who is indifferent thereto. It is a fighting clause. Its benefits can be retained only by sustained combat. It cannot be claimed by attorney or solicitor. It is valid only when insisted upon by a belligerent claimant in person. The one who is persuaded by honeyed words or moral suasion to testify or produce documents rather than make a last ditch stand, simply loses the protection. . . . He must refuse to answer or produce, and test the matter in contempt proceedings, or by habeas corpus." McAlister vs. Henkle, 201 U. S. 90, 26 S.Ct. 385, 50 L. Ed. 671; Commonwealth vs. Shaw, 4 Cush . 594, 50 Am. Dec. 813; Orum vs. State, 38 Ohio App. 171, 175 N.E. 876. Inspiring! Ummmm... There is an underlying truth here... but it has to do with Jurisdiction. Your best bet is not to argue with a cop who has a gun. Inform them of your Status and Standing. Inform them what will happen to them if they kidnap you and or seize your property. Then let them make their decision. True enough... The thing to keep in mind is that: THE ROADSIDE STOP IS YOUR COURT HEARING!! Your "court hearing" with the guy in the dress... is just a REENACTMENT of the roadside stop. |

Cops are NOT gods, neither they are some superior caste who has more right than other people. Period. We have to get rid of this sheep mentality fast, because this is part of what makes cops being bullies and abusing people, and others not standing for persons in position of weakness. |

You just can't use offensive profanity towards an officer. It is considered preemptive to assault. Quoting: --Voltaic-- In fact, nearly ALL "surprise" attacks occur moments after offensive language. So here is a tip, do not try to command an officer to leave his duty. That can be seen as mental instability. Do not ever contradict yourself beyond simple language mistakes. You can use whatever language you want. Offensive language is still protected free speech. Still doesn't explain why the cop in this videoadmits to illegally detaining him. This is 100% accurate... as long as you dont threaten the officer, you are allowed to say whatever you want.... the moment you threat violence you have broken the law... This kid is NOT a man. His whiny ass voice detracted from his supposed 'message', not to mention that he did not treat the officer with the slightest bit of 'common decency'. If the kid wants to go out and film cops, he best learn how to communicate. |

I say everytime a thug pulls you over or harasses you in any way we put our hands high in the air like they do in old westerns when the bandits robbed a stagecoach or train. I will be seen by all passers by and hopefully catch on as a protest, and it will embarass the thugs. We'll call it "Put your hands up, for Constitution"! Maybe it will go viral! |

That is why I noted "offensive" language. For all we know the guy is baiting the cops for a lawsuit. Just like. not all fingers in Wendies Chili isn't real. The guy could have quickly exposed himself (dick) or made a hand gun motion or ran a finger across his neck (indicating death). The cops also have a valid point. They can follow HIM around as much as HE thinks he can follow them. Considering this is a guy who films police ALL THE TIME, he is actually being treated the way he treats the cops. Ironic and karma is a bitch. This man goes to Law School. No way he doesn't know what he is doing. I bet he is trying to win money in lawsuit via baiting the police to beat the shit out of him. Some people are jerks like that. |

trippiness User ID: 31762042 United States 03/04/2013 01:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | After doing more research on this video, and Mr. Buehler's other videos online, I'm kind of torn. I appreciate what this guy is doing (by the way he's in his mid thirties, not a teenager like his voice implies). However, I can also see where some of the cops are coming from. Yes, he has had some encounters with corrupt officers who power trip and have even tried to pin crimes on him when there seems to be video evidence of his innocence. The thing is he's also provoking and harassing cops, indiscriminately. He attacks all police as if they're corrupt and out to get him. I'll be the first to vouch for corruption among those who are given authority over others. It happens, all the time. But there are also a number of police officers who took on the job they have for a reason, to uphold just laws, and defend innocent people. The way to expose the corruption isn't through harassment and verbal abuse of everyone who wears a badge. In all reality, the only thing this man will accomplish is turning the remaining good cops into jaded, cynical assholes who will act like their corrupt counterparts. I wish I had the time or resources to make a comparison video of how one could easily follow, film, and document police activity while maintaining a civil relationship with the cops. So far in watching his videos I haven't found anything too horrendous from police, other than them showing restraint while being stalked, badgered and harassed by a loud guy with a cell phone. Don't be afraid to let go. |

His actions show an extreme disrespect for the law, and it's likely that in the future he will harm an officer. Should have done away with the problem right there. Quoting: Shit Stained Briefs 16998631 First of all, if I were ILLEGALLY pulled over I would be pissed off too! The police by law are supposed to follow the law, not make it up as they go to suit a particular situation! While the officer was calm, he was only that way because camera's and witnesses were present! Once a police officer crosses the line and begins breaking the law themselves, then they have betrayed the badge they wear! |

Uhh no they were picking on Antonio ... They've illegally arrested him 3 times now... They were trying to do it a 4th good thing there where plenty of cameras ....... Btw Antonio is an old ranger and West Point grad he ain't just stirring up shit... They're picking on Antonio, because on New Year's Eve, 2011, Antonio saw some cops roughing up some women that they stopped, and he filmed it. It's been on the local news here in Austin. The cops yanked a woman out of the passenger side of the car after she informed her friend, who was driving, that she didn't have to take a breathalyzer. The cop heard her, yanked her out of the car and arrested her for being drunk in public. The woman wasn't driving. Ever since then, I am sure Antonio has been a target. He is one of the few people who has the balls to stand up against the cops, and the cops are obviously harassing him for doing so. All this started because Antonio filmed these cops abusing two women. Welcome to the united nazi states of america, where you can't film a cop anymore, apparently. |
