\"You're a FUCKING Coward!" - Man Lets Loose On Austin Cop Who Detains Him For Cop Watching | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 31036137 United States 03/04/2013 02:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | He should have been shot for speaking to a man of the law in this tone. His actions show an extreme disrespect for the law, and it's likely that in the future he will harm an officer. Should have done away with the problem right there. Quoting: Shit Stained Briefs 16998631 First of all, if I were ILLEGALLY pulled over I would be pissed off too! The police by law are supposed to follow the law, not make it up as they go to suit a particular situation! While the officer was calm, he was only that way because camera's and witnesses were present! Once a police officer crosses the line and begins breaking the law themselves, then they have betrayed the badge they wear! And the camera man wasn't calm at all! That says A LOT and this guy knows it. He was aggressive because he is police baiting. Look at the hundreds of videos he already posted. An obvious psycho or a police brutality baiter for money. He is so good I must call him a Master Baiter! |

He could have said that all to the officer in a much more calm manner and made a much more valid point. Quoting: Simann For all the officer knew, the guy was tripping out on drugs, so in effort to ensure public safety the officer arrested the guy. Officers are no above the law, but they do enforce the law that is written. Part of those laws is that the officer is entitled to ensure his own safety as well as ensure public safety. Ohhhhh so a voice tone is enough these days, pfffftttttt, roided out pussies cant take strong language. I know they have a hard job but they have poured their own collective gasoline on the social distrust fire long ago. As much as I'd like to bash on the cop for being some power-tripping bully, this is retarded. The guy filming the thing was screaming at the cop, and wouldn't even have a decent human like conversation with him. The cop had his voice lowered and was simply asking the guy to calm down. And that was after pulling the guy over for following the cop. Granted there's nothing illegal about it, but if anyone was following me around I'd be concerned and want to know why. If I were a cop, especially in cholo territory, I would probably be an even higher level of concerned. This video is a fail. He was asking for it when he changed his tone of voice. Do your homework loser Austin police has been targeting and hate assign the guy yelling in the vid... The only fail here is your ability to see the cops behavior is driving good people mad. This site got overrun with dumb asses and shills. I just recently cancelled my account because of it. I'll stay an AC from now on or until this site gets cleaned up. I know the mods have seen this also because they called the dumb asses out. |

Nope not illegal, but not exactly the situation where you can claim you "FEAR THE MAN" because of what he might do. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18157739 You don't follow around a man you might fear your life from... 2. His reaction is based on the prior arrest's.... 3. JUDGES YOU FUCKING MORON.. NOT COPS 1- Sure they can, his offensive language is a valid indication of aggression. Also, specific body language gestures can get you detained. It didn't have to be what he said to get detained. For all you know he was hand signing violent threats with sign language or made a piston motion with one hand towards the cop. 2- Not a wise excuse. In fact, there is ZERO excuse for initiating aggressive behavior. 3- No shit, you said no one has special rights! I proved you wrong, you can either learn from it or boil in it, I don't give two shits about you. Besides, it isn't about "special" rights most of the time. It is about people GIVING UP their rights when acting outside of lawfull behavior. This country is about to come apart at the seams. Both sides should say I'm sorry I/we didn't mean that way. If this guy's background is true then the APD might have a problem. The Army doesn't like folks screwing aprond with "Hudson High" Grads. He'll get a "ring knocker" for a lawyer. For the cop here. I don't appreciate coarse langauge either. I'm of the opinion that cops are paid to take the first punch and/or bullet. That's the nature of the beast. THE PEOPLE as represented by the Constitution. If your feelings are hurt from someone cussing at you, have it recorded and take civil action. Don't waste taxpayers' money on jail, court and such. Have the FOP lawyers sue 'em hit them where it really hurts |

His volume or use of profanity is NOT illegal. Their actions WERE illegal. Police are just regular people who we GRANT POWER to so that they may enforce the LAWS that we all live under. They have the ultimate responsibility to act within the law. As he eloquently points out... They are breaking the law They are in violation of the US Constitution They are bullies They are cowards He would have thrown down his life protecting our country They would ruin his life to protect their fragile egos Pathetic Truly Pathetic |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 26491065 Sweden 03/05/2013 01:10 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | After doing more research on this video, and Mr. Buehler's other videos online, I'm kind of torn. I appreciate what this guy is doing (by the way he's in his mid thirties, not a teenager like his voice implies). However, I can also see where some of the cops are coming from. Yes, he has had some encounters with corrupt officers who power trip and have even tried to pin crimes on him when there seems to be video evidence of his innocence. The thing is he's also provoking and harassing cops, indiscriminately. He attacks all police as if they're corrupt and out to get him. Quoting: trippiness I'll be the first to vouch for corruption among those who are given authority over others. It happens, all the time. But there are also a number of police officers who took on the job they have for a reason, to uphold just laws, and defend innocent people. The way to expose the corruption isn't through harassment and verbal abuse of everyone who wears a badge. In all reality, the only thing this man will accomplish is turning the remaining good cops into jaded, cynical assholes who will act like their corrupt counterparts. I wish I had the time or resources to make a comparison video of how one could easily follow, film, and document police activity while maintaining a civil relationship with the cops. So far in watching his videos I haven't found anything too horrendous from police, other than them showing restraint while being stalked, badgered and harassed by a loud guy with a cell phone. The police is not the enemy. Nor the soldiers. We need them on our side when SHTF. Selfdefence when attacked is one thing. But up to that point everything should be done to make the officers realise that we are in this together. The Oathkeepers are doing an exellent job. We should all follow. |

It considers you guilty before proven innocent, like on a Ship. The cop is a Insurance contractor looking for business. You look like a good catch if you agree or contract with him. Officers are no above the law, but they do enforce the law that is written. Part of those laws is that the officer is entitled to ensure his own safety as well as ensure public safety. It's called "Being Combative" and I recommend your speech should be firm but calm....lol... for obvious reasons.... You're very clever with words. The cop isn't an Officer, he is a Police (Policy Enforcer). A Policy Enforcer enforces Color of Law upon the People, UNlawfully. Color of Law is Regulations, Codes, Statutes and Acts. Real Law is Common Law. Who's Policy? Corporate Policy. Are we Corporations? No. Is a cop an Officer? no, He is a Corporation Policy Enforcer. A real Officer would be a Peace Officer. The Policy Enforcer is disturbing the peace of the People rather than keeping the peace. So you think you're clever with words....your OPPT is also clever with words and shouldn't be trusted. Lucci consulted with a Rothschild to bring that document into existence...the People should do their own due diligence in research. You failed to mention any of this.
