First of all, if I were ILLEGALLY pulled over I would be pissed off too!

The police by law are supposed to follow the law, not make it up as they go to suit a particular situation! While the officer was calm, he was only that way because camera's and witnesses were present!

Once a police officer crosses the line and begins breaking the law themselves, then they have betrayed the badge they wear!

Do your homework loser Austin police has been targeting and hate assign the guy yelling in the vid... The only fail here is your ability to see the cops behavior is driving good people mad.

1- Sure they can, his offensive language is a valid indication of aggression. Also, specific body language gestures can get you detained. It didn't have to be what he said to get detained.

For all you know he was hand signing violent threats with sign language or made a piston motion with one hand towards the cop.

2- Not a wise excuse. In fact, there is ZERO excuse for initiating aggressive behavior.

3- No shit, you said no one has special rights! I proved you wrong, you can either learn from it or boil in it, I don't give two shits about you.

Besides, it isn't about "special" rights most of the time. It is about people GIVING UP their rights when acting outside of lawfull behavior.

cops are bully's I know of several from highschool who became cops they love the power and ability to tell other people what they can and can not do.

The officer had the right to pull him over because he did not know if this person was attempting to find a good spot to execute the officer but still I stand cops are cowards they don't protect us they protect the people in charge from us.

trying to mask it as he is defending his rights when in reality he is just trying to make a scene and give a hard time

After doing more research on this video, and Mr. Buehler's other videos online, I'm kind of torn. I appreciate what this guy is doing (by the way he's in his mid thirties, not a teenager like his voice implies). However, I can also see where some of the cops are coming from. Yes, he has had some encounters with corrupt officers who power trip and have even tried to pin crimes on him when there seems to be video evidence of his innocence. The thing is he's also provoking and harassing cops, indiscriminately. He attacks all police as if they're corrupt and out to get him.

I'll be the first to vouch for corruption among those who are given authority over others. It happens, all the time. But there are also a number of police officers who took on the job they have for a reason, to uphold just laws, and defend innocent people. The way to expose the corruption isn't through harassment and verbal abuse of everyone who wears a badge. In all reality, the only thing this man will accomplish is turning the remaining good cops into jaded, cynical assholes who will act like their corrupt counterparts.

I wish I had the time or resources to make a comparison video of how one could easily follow, film, and document police activity while maintaining a civil relationship with the cops.

So far in watching his videos I haven't found anything too horrendous from police, other than them showing restraint while being stalked, badgered and harassed by a loud guy with a cell phone.
