What is the deal with the warning signs? When it first broke I expected the victim to be a squatter in an abandoned home. Hard for me to believe someone called 911 and they brought warning signs to post.

I am still wondering how only one bedroom went down at all. I mean, what kind of foundations are they building on, must have been a concrete block, might think twice about pouring concrete next time.
