Maybe he could mute his mic or at least move it away from his mouth as he clears his throat. Goodness, that is one of the worst sounds to hear up close.

No time for an environmental impact study...

They will just circle around to use up as much fuel as possible. Unlike larger aircraft the Learjet doesn't have the capabilities to dump fuel so they will have to burn it up with the engines.

Depending on what gear is stuck or malfunctioning will dictate how the pilot makes his landing. If its the nose gear he will just make a normal landing and try to set the nose down at the slowest speed he can.

As far as in flight emergencies this one is really not that bad. It should skid to a halt on the runway without fire or death..
