personally i think we should all be working a 4 or 5 hour work day PERIOD! None of this 8 hour crap. which really eeks out to be around 10 when you include travel time and lunch. women having careers isn't the problem.

a lot of it has to do with sharing the responsibilities of the raising of the kids and houshold. if we all worked 4 or 5 hours a day and the ceo's made 12 million instead of 24 million and the company made a profit of 1 billion instead of 5 billion - then we could have a society where there was time enough for family, children, husbands to nurture their kids, and moms to follow their dreams.

having one should not mutually exclude the other. if we wree to stand up to the elite control of our lives, we COULD build a new world where more people worked, and more people were successful and happy.
