How do you know they don't " gets there". . . .??  I think for the amount of land they "lease", and from whom they lease it, a little more obvious verification or authentication is probably not amiss at this point. I mean shit, there are no qualifications known to man that justify a grown man in his parents house. Whether he is a quad amputee from the Gulf War who built the house himself with a hammer held in his teeth or not. Least they can do.
