The environment of political correctness - removed true leaders from government and industry - the lack of true leaders affects all of society. There are no strong masculine role models for young men. If all are perceived as equal - there is no differentiation to excel and model excellence. Combine this with no rule of law remaining (but exemptions for the elite) there is no incentive to take risk, reducing the incentive to innovate and take chances. A few break through this barrier – but fewer see the way or the possibilities of award.
