It's a hard decision....I've been on this world for a while, but this life has taken a lot - almost everything - out of me.

But at the same time, it is a world of beauty and possibility, and I know I'll miss it.

But you might not.
It is possible you might arrive somewhere else being none the wiser of your recent past life. Imagine going to a 'place' without time, being just a spirit, no need to eat or sleep, living in perpetual light, never getting tired or suffering pain.
I think you'll have to decide whether to 'come back' once you see the alternative, if any. Personally, I've read many discarnate messages and they are all different. If the Buddhists are right and this world is maya or illusion, there are reports from dead souls saying that the next world is ALSO illusory, i.e. not real, but more real than this one.

If I had too...to get to a higher spiritual level...I would. That's why I'm here now...I chose it...to right the wrongs I did in my past lives.

My spirit is tired so I would like this to be my last time...I can't say for sure cause I'm not at the end yet ya know?

I chose undecided for this reason. At first my head said no, then my heart changed my mind to a more neutral, open-ended response.

I've already had the opportunity to check out, but chose to stay for the love of Humanity.

Judging by the votes cast so far, an overwhelming majority do NOT want to come back. Perhaps they see what I see : that this life is pointless, is one of suffering for most, forgetting that only a small minority of this planet's inhabitants are living the good life. But age catches up on them and their suffering is to come.
However much one might love humanity, that isn't going to change the scheme of things. I think Jesus, if asked, would agree.
This place is a 'terrible place', a prison to escape from. If that is indeed the case, there is no choice whatsoever. So I would ask each person not wanting to come back to tell why and be honest.

Oh, believe me when I tell you I think this place is a convolute hell hole. All the same, I don't think I - the totality of my consciousness field - would leave without, so to speak, the lights being put out on this reality realm.

I also know there are others who feel the same way I do. Some of them, four others, were also offerred the same opportunity to bug out - remarkably, this happened to each of us within the same time-frame (8/08) - and none of us could do it. Indeed, the powerfully deep feeling for Humanity was everything in those moments of choice, an there was no questioning.

The one thing I took away from that experience, beyond becoming intimately aware of my depth of conviction, was that our time here is so transient. I of course had read others talk about the this transient nature, but after the experience I fully understood it like it was experience.

It's a small comfort, but one all the same.

Didn't you mean to ask, each person who WANTS to come back to say why? The reasons WHY NOT are already too obvious.

Although i "realize" that each of us is here "for a good reason" -- lessons to learn, to be of service, etc., i would definitely prefer to be elsewhere. At least somewhere that had an ambient frequency which was uplifting rather than energy robbing. With the exception of pristine locations out in the wild, and sacred locations, the vibe on the planet really sucks. It might support the activities of psychopaths and the unwitting, but never again for me, please :)

Now some here think that a 'no' is selfish, but I'll come to that in a minute. Others say that a 'yes' is selfish. Okay.
Have you ever heard of earthbound spirits? Some refer to them as ghosts, dead souls attached to their 'possessions'. Maybe. But the main appeal of life here on earth is its PHYSICALITY and materialism. 'Animal' souls would gravitate back here should they feel that way. They would come back as they started, i.e; an animal and live like an animal. Human society is very little different than 'societies' existing in other species. Merely the pain & pleasure principle.
Secondly is the element of choice. Today, neither you nor I know HOW we got here, WHO we are or WHAT we are supposed to do. Say the next incarnation is decided FOR you : now that might not quite be exactly what you wanted. For instance, who wants to enter a world to become a battered baby, an abused child, a person living on the edge of starvation, etc? Ah yes, there for the grace of God go I, I often wonder.
Then there is the future you will enter. This is a doomsayer site, many predicting horrors ahead, either now but eventually it time as violence becomes greater, corruption more extensive, greed expanding, plus whatever Nature is going to throw at us. So here a 'No' becomes selfish. I don't really know. It may depend on how much each of us has learned in our human existence on this planet. From what I see, there are good souls who strive to beter the lot of others, but equally there are others, predominantly more, who take and destroy. It would also seem that evil is increasing down here and will until it reaches the end of the pendulum when matters shall be taken out of our hands.
That is coming, I know it. When?
It's later than we think.
