Try Trader Joe's. Check the ingredients in their frozen foods. They have LESS of the crap on that list, and some, maybe most, don't have any of it at all.

They have the only "frozen foods" I buy. And they're not generic, mass produced tasting either. Completely different selection than in regular grocery stores, for less money also. And Trader's is owned by Aldi!

Genetically modified or not is not the problem here.
The first problem is the way it's produce and refined, it use several chemicals such as solvants (hexane), bleach etc...
Another problem is that the poly-unsaturated fat of this oil is very unstable to heat, light and pressure which leads to oxydation of the poly-unsaturated fat, which leads to more free radicals in your body.

Here's the rule, guys: If it is advertised on the television, it will probably kill you. If it comes in a colorful box, it will probably kill you. If it can sit on a shelf for 8 months, ditto.

Buy stuff that's ACTUAL food. Join a farm co-op or grow your own food, learn to can your own food, and learn to hunt and fish.
