<edit>
To add:

Under questioning by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder agreed that it would be “unconstitutional” to kill an American citizen on U.S. soil with a drone strike — absent an “imminent threat” like a 9/11-style attack or an enemy bombardment like Pearl Harbor.

Cruz refused to accept without question Holder’s assertion that any use of lethal force would not be “appropriate” given the high probability that a terrorism suspect could be captured by law enforcement personnel instead.

Cruz asked: “My question wasn’t about appropriateness or prosecutorial discretion, it was a simple legal question. Does the Constitution allow a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil who doesn’t pose an imminent threat to be killed by the U.S. government?”

Op - might want to correct your headline. It's "unconstitutional", not "uncontitutional" :)

Pin?

This is great stuff! Esp. on Fast and Furious. Does that cancel the Executive Priveledge given my Holder regarding the white house correspondence regarding F&F?

Hope so...F&F was such a scam!

Suggest pin. Good people have died under this administration and no one is being held accountable or honest about anything. I’m pretty fired about everything going on, the shit is really coming down the pike.

So what?

This may have been helpful, you know, BEFORE Obama won the 2012 election in November.

Before. Not so much after. Get it? See the difference?

But GOP preferred to spend their efforts & time in petty squabbles with each other through-out 2012.

So now Obama, Holder, Jarret, et al get to do what they want. They've EARNED that power; Democrats WANTED it way more than the Republicans did.

As for Ted Cruz... granted, he's smarter than your average Tea Partier -- which is not saying much because Tea Party idiocy cost the GOP both the Presidency and the Senate in last 2 elections....

But Ted Cruz looks like another dorky, uncool, untrustworthy Whitey - a.ka. The Man -- whom the American voters emphatically REJECTED in last few elections.

Single White Women, latinos, asians, blacks, young people, atheists all say "Your time is up, Whitey, now pay it back in spades, bitch!"

And I am not sure Ted Cruz, Chris Christie or Jeb Bush can argue their way out of this historic predicament.... Intelligent discourse only goes so far in a real power struggle.

"Good people have died under this administration and no one is being held accountable "

That's because good, caring people are a MINORITY nowdays.

Nobody cares. Obama's lies work because the voters WANT to be enchanted by lies and to escape into the "hopey changey" fantasy ----> they want a rockstar as POTUS, NOT their dad or their boss or their uncool math teacher as POTUS.

And since Obama Inc, almost never pay the (political) price for their lies & policy failures... there is NO INCENTIVE for them to stop or change their ways. None whatsoever. Duh.

And that's why America gets the leadership/President that it deserves, sadly.

I agree that there is SO MUCH that would have been better known before the election. The problem is it seems most of the electorate don't care and mud slinging and dirty politics work. The Dems are GOOD at playing the game. Their opposition sucks at it.

That's now excuse.

Republicans USED TO be masters at this game. Including when Karl Rove was in charge of Dubya both in 2000 and 2004. They just got lazy & happy & corrupt & uninspired. And Democracts, by constrast, made huge strides in both unity, strategy & tactics department (where Democrats used to be rather lacking in the past).

All this stuff was FORESEEABLE. Even to young amateurs like me, nevermind to grizzed professionals in the GOP. Including Benghazi. Including Fast & Furious. Including Obaama's many scandals & smoking guns.

But Republicans instead of uniting.... split into at least 4 distinct camps: tea party, ron paulniks, neoCons & pussy, err, I mean 'Moderate Establishment'.

And a badly divided party... just couldn't compete with Obama, Soros, Axelrod and Co. who also had the media in their pocket as well as huge resources on their side courtesy of Soros, Saudis, Qataris, Russians, Chinese, Hugo Chavez and so on.

And Romney STILL almost pulled it out in Florida and Virginia. Even with massive alleged Dem election fraud.

Amazing.

I don't believe they are dying. The party is going through some growing pains, primarily to lessen the influence of the old guard and instituting more Constitutionalist and fiscal conservatives.
