No, I got mine from a very good red-brick college thanks rather than the online ones that those you've cited "attended".
Please, feel free to change my mind about what I know with full documented and corroborated incidences of people being cured by the methods and/or people you mention.
Sorry, testimonies don't count.
I will agree on one thing though and that a healthy balanced diet rich in fruit and veg may help prevent cancer but to suggest it can cure it is false.

When you doll out your next prescription, you should think about all the warnings that come with fruit. Oh wait a minute, there are no warnings that come with fruit! Back in the '50's you would've fit right in next to the church. Now people don't trust doctors. Because they kill people. Having a PhD doesn't make someone a medical doctor. And I'm not a medical doctor. Still waiting for your evidence though. I'll try not to hold my breath.
