"Chemtrails" are water vapor produced as a byproduct of combustion. The more moisture in the air, the more dense the "Chemtrails" will be.

What usually happens before a big storm? Moisture fills the air.

They spray to keep the moisture from falling to the ground. Notice all the severe drought warnings...The water is drying up.... 24 hours before every storm they spray... It's like clockwork.
