My Idea is that the particles in these chem sprays inhibit the E.L.M. H.A.A.R.P. waves...and bounce the wave back into the atmosphere...

without this cover..the ground absorbs these waves...causing EARTHQUAKES.

tptb have a timeline (which can be changed). they cant just click their fingers for the nwo to arrive or people will smell a rat. it is all about the slow burn, over years and years. small incremental changes which people dont notice too much. this is why imo they are trying so desperately hard to keep chemtrails under wraps. they are not ready for people finding out yet. also, it must be a major part of their plans as they are trying so hard to keep it under warps.
