First of all due to the patriot act ? Any city with in a hundred miles of the border has no constitution ! Good times! Second of all? Tucson is very close to the evergreen facility " new area 51". When you drive I-10 N to PHX who do you think all those poeple are in those white cars with antenas all over them and no licence plates? Hello??? Anyone home? Thirdly, AZ all in all is one giant military base? There are secret bases all over the state! The heart of the " drug war " and " imigration war" is about 50 miles S of your location !
