Anonymous Coward User ID: 35553071 United States 03/08/2013 08:33 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've said this for years. How could they get a gw tax passed if they didn't cause it to happen, or make it worse? Quoting: PBJ11 I knew when they set up the exchange that it was based on fraud. So when they announce burning the methane off as a clean burning energy source is a win win situation for the environment and economy you will be pleased? Do you think there will be no taxes attached at the gas pump or your household bills in a ‘clean-burning fossil fuel’ economy? When there still are taxes attached, even in this ‘clean-burning’ scenario, will you then understand the depth and breadth of the joint industry-govenerment operations (that have been going on for decades as well) to get methane hydrates to market? In listening to that interview, I am most concerned with hearing that his input from his solar panels is vastly reduced. Not only will Joe Blow Public be jumping for joy when they announce we are now making the move to the clean-burning fossil fuel economy, but living off the grid will then be out of the question. Even in this so-called clean-burning scenario, it will all still flow through the same old dysfunctional energy grid. Albeit, the newly improved so-called smart energy grid of course. But, hey, you will be spared something called a global warming tax at that point, so you will be pleased. |

Fluorine is the most reactive. If no precautions are taken, a mixture of fluorine and methane explodes. The reaction between methane and chlorine is easily controllable, while bromine is even less reactive than chlorine. Quoting: Halogenation of MethaneNevertheless, methane fluorination may be carried out in a controlled reaction, so as to prohibit an explosion. Diluting the starting products with an inert gas or absorbing the reaction heat with copper granulate can help in this case. Our hubris has known this for much longer than 60 years. Hubris indicated in the usage of such language as easily controllable when it comes to viewing Mother Earth as nothing more than an controlled experiment. I think what they did not expect, however, is the sinkholes. We spent decades controlling the chain reaction of explosion, while subsurface dissociation was absorbing the reaction. |

As part of a chain of cause-and-effect that forms a circuit or loop, the event is said to "feed back" into itself. Quoting: The subsurface dissociation does better highlight the language he is using in the interview regarding climate feedback loop in relation to the language of feedback into itself. We wait for the explosion while the implosion is occurring under out feet. |

Will they do (literally) ANYTHING to keep you enslaved to debt? Really? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 35553071 United States 03/08/2013 02:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | wait a minute, "Is the METHANE EXPULSION a commercial ploy?" Quoting: Free Planet 35762155 you can surely burn it for 'energy' but at what cost???? The joint industry-govermental ‘cost’ the free market intends to recover, and will recover, when they announce methane hydrates as the clean-burning fossil fuel they have all been waiting for. The US has been funding research and development to get it to market for well over two-decades. The Energy Policy Act of 2004 gave the go ahead for technology. Exploratory drills utilizing carbon sequestration are currently going strong. Yes, to get it, package it, sell it, and profit from it by running it through the same archaic grid, up sold with the new name ‘smart’ attached, to answer your other question. Attach the word ‘sustainable’ to economy and the framing, bringing it all together, is primed. Geo-engineering is an essential part of the solution, and the best of these technologies should be prepared, improved, implemented and further embraced as part of the necessary shift towards a sustainable economy. Quoting: Thermal Expansion of the Earth’s Crust Necessitates Geoengineering[link to www.geoengineeringwatch.org] Linking to articles like this helps set the pace denoting it as part of the solution. The other part will of course be burning it off with the public buying back what they have already been funding through the governmental part of the joint venture in the first place. Very clever in design: Doom coming in from all fronts to frame the transition to methane hydrates as the most abundant fossil fuel energy source. Well, because it is the most abundant fossilized energy source on the planet. |
