the limit of the intellectual mind
has been reached

the history of the western philosophy and science is the story of the abstract mind being applied to the objective world, given through the five physical senses.

nevertheless, until the invention of computers, the mind was not in a position of self-reflection in an outward form.
because of this, all its attempts of understanding the nature of the universe were flawed by an implicit materialistic bias.

chemistry, for example, is only an attempt to classify matter based on most general criteria (sense-given). the materialistic dogma is so strong, that no one found it worthy to try a functional classification for a change.
for example, to classify the chemical elements based on the function they play in the human being.
this would be a soft classification (as opposed to the classical hard one) that might offer interesting insights in relation to biology.

with the invention of computers, the distinction between hardware and software gives for the first time an objective form to many classical distinctions.

scientists still try to understand the workings of DNA by using the chemical language fit only for describing the hardware side.
when it is evident that DNA is essentially the software of the living being.

and to understand the software, it is necessary to understand the coding language, which cannot be inferred from the language codes emerged inside the simulation (i.e. physical vocabulary)

it is as if the objects inside a virtual world would try to understand the code which gave them existence. however hard might decimal numbers from inside the simulation might try to figure out the real number base upon which their existence originated, there is no possibility that they would envision electricity and semi-conductors as their primary substance.

quite ironically, new age thinking tries to get out from this by regressing to the basic concepts of physical reality like "light" or "sacred geometry", repeating over and over empty metaphors as if they would have some operational meaning.

true enlightenment in this era of the mind comes when the mind exhausts every option of going beyond itself, and as a result has the revelation of its own limit in self-reflection.

then there is the experience of the super-mind, or direct spiritual perception but that is another story

what is clear is that intellectual understanding has already reached its limit, and until new senses become available for providing new perceptions, all is the same metaphysical yearning for the beyond, put in myriads of alternative vocabularies.

but new senses are on the way, which is of course hinted in all ascension talk, dna activation and similar topics.

evolution is happening, and blessed are those who witness it from the subjective side.

Something is happening, I can say that. Synchronicity and not just myself.

OP, you, like everyone, always forgets that there are six senses, not five. I shall list them out for you:

1) Smell;
2) Taste;
3) Feel;
4) See;
5) Hear;
6) and, balance (inner ear).
