You have some beautiful thoughts my friend =)

Your problems seem that you are not able to live in the moment among others because you feel that you cant be yourself? Im not trying to judge you here but it seems like it to me the way you write it. So no offence.

I also got to a part where i noticed this, the more i knew the harder it was to live my daily life.

And one day i just found every single piece of courage in me and just let it all out. I started stating my opinions whenever i felt like it. I stated the truth everywhere i felt it was needed.

I got in a lot of arguments, and i experienced more anger, fear, frustration than ever. I sat down and thought about this, and it was then i understood that all these feelings are just limitations. I tried to be myself more and more and NEVER get angry while i did this. I noticed how much easier it was to speak, how much convincing i was now, how everybody started listening instead of judging me.

You have to dare to be yourself 100%. Its hard in the beginning, but when you think about the fears that is stopping you, it becomes quite silly =) What are you afraid of and why do you feel ''fake'' when you just can be yourself =) ?



I want more aware people, more awake people, because that is what we need if we want to change this world. We dont need people driven by fear, we need people driven by love.

I want peace for the whole world, but i know i cannot do this alone. But i can do my part!

What do you do when everything you hold to your heart starts to crumble. How do you live in that moment? Cause I know how to live in a ok or good moment but I am yet to find a way to live in the moment when everything turns to shit. What are your thoughts on that OP?

even when the devastations are so incredibly painful and the urge to live is weak, there will be something, might be one little thing, that will be a light in the dark. put all your attention on that one good thing, that one little light and that light will start to grow..... trust, stay focused, cry if you must, but always be thankful for that one thing and that one thing will turn into 20 things.........

Susie you haven't the slightest understanding of what the OP is talking about in this thread and your posts make that abundantly clear. Instead of making an HONEST effort to listen to what the OP is saying when he responds to you, you react defensively and attack. If you want to cram religious dogma down peoples throats go create your own thread and have at it like you usually do. This message in this thread is not going to be received by individuals who don't demonstrate the awareness to contemplate about the nature of consciousness and the human mind. You talk of this like its an easy thing. You cannont give this simple explaination for everyone. It is impossible to acknowleadge what a person feels, what he or she interprets and reacts in different situations at any given time. The Mind is the most powerful tool we have at our disposal, And it is also the most deadly weapon we have, that if broken could become lethal. Understanding the mind is the only way we can get rid of Mental Illness, vanquish this so called "Living in a dream state", Where all that matters is 1's and 0's and making your next of kin smile so you can sleep peaceful at night. I don't think OP equates living in the moment to abdicating responsibility. In fact, if you are truly living in the moment, you will accept 100% responsibility for everything, knowing there is no "out there", and as a result you will behave more responsibly. Escapism is opposite of responsibility where the individual may seek solace in the comfort of drugs, alcohol, sex. When you live in the moment there is nothing to escape from and data does not run you - full consciousness rules your existence, on which all choices are based, and consequences are clear.

Translation... Be afraid!

Most of your posts are with the intent to spread and incite fear. We know what is in your heart.

Its a bit hard to explain how to live when the world turns to shit because the ''reasons'' can be so many.

All bad emotions/feelings/thoughts is somewhere in your brain connected to a fear.

All fear is limitations.

The more fear you remove, the more free are you, the more easy is it to live your life as yourself and do it without negative influence of others or the world around you.

All fears are removed the same way, by understanding it, you have to in a way see your fear from all the different perspectives. You have to find all the possible stupid things that your fear is making you do, and then laugh at it. Find the sillyness, overcome it, and let it go.

Some fears are harder to understand than other, if you cant seem to remove one, try searching for other fears to remove that are ''simpler''.

The more fear you remove the more free you are as i said already hehe, but the point is, the more you let yourself be yourself, the stronger you are if something bad happens to you. This is simply because you where happy, and have happy things in your life to fall back on.

You cannot block out new fears or incidents, but you can become better at the reaction, and the less fear you have the better understanding and therefore also reaction you will have.

On the other side;

When you are being yourself, withouth the boundries of fear, you will learn how to be happy in a new and different way. You will learn how to love all the small things. The more you learn to love, the more you have to back yourself up when something ''bad'' happens.

First step will always be to live in the moment, because its only there you will raise enough consciousness to deal with problems. So stay in this state especially in bad situations, and DONT let the fear blind you =) Its important to have a clear mind in a stressful situation.
