What do you do when everything you hold to your heart starts to crumble. How do you live in that moment? Cause I know how to live in a ok or good moment but I am yet to find a way to live in the moment when everything turns to shit. What are your thoughts on that OP?

Its a bit hard to explain how to live when the world turns to shit because the ''reasons'' can be so many.

All bad emotions/feelings/thoughts is somewhere in your brain connected to a fear.

All fear is limitations.

The more fear you remove, the more free are you, the more easy is it to live your life as yourself and do it without negative influence of others or the world around you.

All fears are removed the same way, by understanding it, you have to in a way see your fear from all the different perspectives. You have to find all the possible stupid things that your fear is making you do, and then laugh at it. Find the sillyness, overcome it, and let it go.

Some fears are harder to understand than other, if you cant seem to remove one, try searching for other fears to remove that are ''simpler''.

The more fear you remove the more free you are as i said already hehe, but the point is, the more you let yourself be yourself, the stronger you are if something bad happens to you. This is simply because you where happy, and have happy things in your life to fall back on.

You cannot block out new fears or incidents, but you can become better at the reaction, and the less fear you have the better understanding and therefore also reaction you will have.

On the other side;

When you are being yourself, withouth the boundries of fear, you will learn how to be happy in a new and different way. You will learn how to love all the small things. The more you learn to love, the more you have to back yourself up when something ''bad'' happens.

First step will always be to live in the moment, because its only there you will raise enough consciousness to deal with problems. So stay in this state especially in bad situations, and DONT let the fear blind you =) Its important to have a clear mind in a stressful situation.
