21 Port Said residents sentenced to death today, after soccer match went sour last year
 Quoting: Aristide Torchia

well fuck. If I remmeber correctly the fighting was between Christians and Muslims no? What is known about the 21 sentanced to death?
 Quoting: NSF001

It was NOT about muslims and christians.

Al Ahly Ultras were hated by old Regime for the participation in the Revolution and organizing crowds.

Al Masry Fans in Port Said started attacking Ultras, who were for some reason seated between them. Someone let the weapons from them go thru, power went out and all exits were locked, gates shut, so nobody could escape. 74 ppl died that day, sons not coming home from a soccer match. It was clearly revenge and political...today the Officials were aquitted and instead some kids are going to hang from Port Said.

13:50 Ahram Online’s Karim Hafez reports that hundreds of Ultras are heading from Ahly Club in Zamalek to the Supreme Court in downtown Cairo, protesting the verdict. Others refused to join, and some are still discussing how to escalate their protests.

blackeye They made one big mistake - that is thinking it's business as usual and some are above the law. The typical way of doing things like always, thinking if they put some life sentence on a couple police officers/soldiers, and hang some Masry Fans, people will shut up. Not this time....people know what happened that day. I don't condone violence and burning buildings, but you know what? Serves them right for being such corrupt mf's.

No problem. Yes, they're Masry Fans, they thought Ultras would shut up and be satisfied. But the Port Said residents are upset because it's not justice. The Officials were all aquitted. It's time they go after people who were responsible for letting in the weapons, turning off the power and closing all exits. Some had iron locks around them for f's sake so nobody could get out. It was a planned massacre. Both sides Ultras (from Cairo Club Al Ahly) and Port Said Resident (Al Masry) want real justice. Is that too much to ask for? Again, I don't condone the violence and burning of police clubs etc...but you know what? These kids just about had it and they have no other way at this point to show their frustration and anger. It was a big mistake on their part. This type of white wash isn't working anymore.
Wish us luck!

State of emergency declared in Sinai and chaos in Port Said and downtown Cairo. Oh #Egypt
 Quoting: Aristide Torchia

Just in case something happens - some information:

Egypt court jails Israeli for two years: court sources

Egypt said in December it had arrested the man after he slipped into the Sinai's Taba region and took photographs of security buildings.

State media at that time identified the man as 24-year-old army officer Andrei Pshenichnikov.
[link to www.egyptindependent.com]

Today:

Military commanders have ordered troops to be on "high alert" after receiving information about plots for terrorist attacks in Sinai, an military source told Al-Masry Al-Youm.

The unnamed source added that “the Armed Forces received information about the intention of some elements to conduct terrorist attacks in Sinai against the army and the police.”

The source explained that the alert has nothing to do with the warning issued by Israel earlier last week, adding that the Armed Forces got the information from its own intelligence.

Last week, Israel’s counterterrorism bureau issued a warning to Israelis advising them not to travel to Sinai ahead of the Passover holidays. The warning also called on Israelis vacationing in Sinai to return to Israel as soon as possible.

The poor Egyptians did not know that the New World Order Illuminuti Bankers were responsible for putting the evil leader in office, who is a muslim brotherhood devil. Now they will have to live under a much more tyrannical and evil monster that they have ever had. But if they pray hard enough; if they pray to the Great God of Heaven; God will deliver them from Satans man, and the new world order monsters; who will be frying and cooking in the worst parts of hell imaginable!!

17:25 Rioters have thrown stones and Molotov cocktails at the Semiramis hotel near Cairo's Tahrir Square, destroying part of the entrance, Al-Ahram Arabic reports.
Torchia was born in 1620. He was apprenticed in Leyden under the Elzevir family. After returning to Venice he published small works on philosophical and esoteric themes. In 1666, Torchia published De Umbrarum Regni Novem Portis (The Nine Doors to the Kingdom of Shadows), which was in turn based on the Delomelanicon, or Invocation of Darkness, a work supposedly written by Lucifer and that would allow the reader to summon devils. The Inquisition condemned Torchia for magic and witchcraft and burned him at the stake in 1667.

This thread is testimony to what is going on. The plot is to tear our country apart, but it's not working. You see now? You agree with the aggressors, all goes well, you don't agree, you're called a muslim brotherhood shill or whatever. Bwaaahaaaa....fuck you guys....whoever attacks us, will not get far.

Let me tell you this - we Egyptians, no matter what, are strong and are united and we are peaceful and we WILL WIN! No matter what.

Thanks everybody for playing along, you all showed your true colors especially "Switzerland&Germany" posters.

Your scheme will not work. We arrested and convicted a Israeli a couple weeks ago, you want to try to destabilize us and make your plots on Sinai and Suez Canal, you will not succeed, because we're ahead of you by a few steps. Our Revolution may not be complete yet, but it will be and you will looooooooooseeee. BIG TIME! Get over it and get used to it.

Everything is calm in Cairo where I reside, and all is calm in the Suez Canal cities, with traffic in Suez Canal being protected and safe and without disruption or even any danger to it, we're not violent people and your drugged kids will not do your biding as you think. MISR is strong and will prevail always.
