I pay attention to any fluctuations my ''gut feeling'' emitting .....
then I see if there any physical factors even slightly related to it (short term)
Then I see what is my path in time space continuum for next 2-8 hours....and thing if there any possible outcomes that rings the "bell".
(Middle term)
I only pay attention to "Long term forecasts " when probability screams....otherwise its just a waste of time.
