"Lucifer" was the most beautiful angel in Heaven; he went bad; Father threw "Lucifier" out of Heaven with his followers.
Once he was on Earth, then Father gave Lucifer a new name, the most hated name of Earth: the name was "Satan".
There is no more "Lucifer"; heis Satan, the father of the lie, according to Jesus in John 8:44, as you may see where, on one occasion, Jesus was talking to the "Jews".
