god does anyone read anything? there NOT iranian. they are uzbeks, similar uniforms to russian military, they wear khaki in summer and olive drab in winter. when uzbekistan spilt from russia they replaced many high ranking russian officers with uzbek officers, if you have ever been to Tashkent, i have, you would know alot of uzbeks look similar to people from the ME.
