Despite all the daily B.S. that gets posted here, this is actually plausible doom.

I live within 25 miles of the eastern coastline. Oh well. Worst case scenario I'll see you fockers on the other side.

BINGO. That is why so many are about to die.
Like it or not. BS all you wish.

The oceans and seas will be so "disturbed" by the planetary changes that they will come in and drown billions of folks who do not believe it will happen!

Of course, many will never hear of anything as the governments do not want to panic anyone. They are, sadly, expendable.

LOL. Targeting the Coast Lines. LOL

He means that a strike would hit water because 70% of the Earth is water so thats where one would probably hit because of the odds.

So Ya. Coastlines are targets for Tsunami's from an Asteriod hitting the water.

Is it just me or are people really so stupid that when they read shit they just don't seem to read it really or just so stupid they don't understand what they read.

He said it's time to bug out if you live within 200 miles of a coast. The earth is going to be a shooting gallery in the coming weeks. He said impacts are coming from meteors and comet have and will destabilize the asteroid belt sending them our way. We will see many more events like the russian one.

He wanted me to let those who would listen to know. He said after the whole Russian debacle they, private and public agencies, began intently viewing the skies and found via space Tracking and Surveillance Systems many meteors heading this way. He said they have a high probability of impacting and the percentages have been increasing weekly.

Sorry for the bad news, I really don't know what I'm going to do? Prepare yourselves.

comets do not destablize the asteroid belt
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12215789

^^^Yes agree this isn't how it works at all.

Plus it would be good for OP to explain why bug out 200 miles from the coast since asteroids and meteors land unpredictably.
I don't understand much at least I admit it, but not all asteroids originate in the asteroid belt right?
Or, we might just label a new branch of science called "Fanciful Mechanics".

If what you say is true, then consider this... How many nuclear reactors lie within 200 miles of the coast line? So hypothetically, if what you say happens, where is anyone going to run to for safety if all these facilities are melting down and spewing radiation into the atmosphere? Sounds like those who would be running or relocating would only be delaying the inevitable.

That being said, I'm not convinced that things will play out in this manner....

Why stay away from the coastal areas when asteroids could just as easily land in the mountains or anywhere for that matter.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34046798

Can't you get the facts????????????

The rocks can land anywhere. It is the water that will kill you!!!!!!!!!

Primary concern for the most water rise is the pole shift. The earth will "slip" and perhaps stop...but the water will keep moving and slosh onto the land, flow for maybe 200 miles...then return to changed ocean beds.

The size of the incoming rocks may be small enough not to cause big waves...or so huge that they create huge waves.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21303902

When I was living in Santa Barbara I DID know several engineers that worked for Raytheon just north in Goleta.

Two of them were optical engineers and these guys liked to PARTY!!! And talk! I never got any "inside information" at all other than space satellite projects they were working on. They showed me the 3D graphics programs on their home computers they were excited to be working with.

They're on the coast themselves. (Raytheon is located basically within walking distance to the beach). I don't talk with them any more, but when your relative and his co-workers move inland, it's time to follow. The guys I knew have families and homes (expensive area to live) and would selling their property, moving their kids and hightailing it out of there if they knew something was going to happen.

Maybe they are. I broke ties with them because the things hey liked to party with were out of my league. WAY out of my league.
 Quoting: Captain Spaulding 35834499

They are hiring for bakersfeild and Victorville. Are these new facilities ? I wonder? Check career builder that's where I seen the advertisement. If so then that would make sense to relocate the facilities to these two areas more than 200 miles from the coastline of Cali.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25788477

Bakersfield is 95 miles from the coast, Victorville is 77 miles from the coast, a tsunami doesn't take the freeway!

But, it's in Peru, and unexpected shifting was going on. But, I was all excited, and then my husband called. He was on his way home from work. Little space rocks on fire were hitting everywhere around. The landscape was a mass of little fires on both sides of the road, and he was worried about getting home safely. The sky was very red, maybe from the fires, or because it was near sunset.

Just today, I mentally asked the question if anything was gonna' happen in the next few months that would be disruptive. A scene of a tsunami-like wave coming in from the coast popped into my mind. My next question was where. I saw a "picture" of the east coast with different colored sections. I have the impression that the mid-Atlantic states would get the worst. North and South Carolina a little less. Coast of Georgia to Jacksonville, Florida, would be affected even less so. Gulf coast of Florida not at all.
Shortly after that, I flipped on the computer, checked in at GLP and was drawn to this thread.

I have family in Savannah and Jacksonville, so this is a concern. On the other hand, I live in the desert in the West; there are no bodies of water in my area so a tsunami is not likely.

Just know that the answers to one's particular circumstances come from spiritual sources -- a dream, an insight, a flash, a thought that nags at you -- that comes naturally by clearing the mind and asking within. If you need to take action, you will be *inspired* to do so.

In my case, the opposite is true. I have food and water stored that would last a few weeks already so that's taken care of, but, at the same time, I feel like it doesn't matter at all -- that nothing matters anymore.

Things -- life, the universe, and everything -- seem surreal. Out of sync. Twilight Zone. Something's up. And I believe that's why people, as well as the government, are acting so crazy lately. Everybody can *feel* it (whatever *It* is). You don't have to have a "cousin" somewhere in the know, because you can feel it yourself.

But if it's your time, it's your time. And that's all there is to it.
