Sorry, I made a mistake. There was no connection between this named body and the Dr. Astro hoax. The hoax was a posting with orbital elements. DA2013CL2 has been around and I'm current;y researching it myself.

I once met a guy who worked for Raytheon. He told me an interesting story.
One time he was working on a top secret installation on some military base. Anyhow this one day his boss, along with some engineers, government officials and his buddy who was also working on the project were due for a meeting to check progress.
He knew they had to go through this certain hangar building on there inspection so the day before he went down and bought a bunch of flash cubes, you remember like they had for old cameras back in the day. So he hid these flash cubes all over the building on top of things and underneath etc..
Well when they came to inspect the building he was in the control tower and he arranged to sweep the building with the installations radar while they were in there. When this happened all the flash cubes in the building went off simultaneously! I guess it scared the crap out of everyone and got his buddy in trouble. Sounds like a great practical joke! LOL. I guess this happened back in the sixties or seventies.
I just thought id share a funny story since we are talking about people that worked for Raytheon. lol
