Uh oh! It looks to be on Stereo Ahead HI1 in this latest image too! (bottom left object with smaller companion?) Judging by the angles, I believe it could be headed straight for us? Can anyone confirm or allay this? [ link to stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov]  No. The comet should not at any time be in the FOV of STEREO Ahead HI1 according to JPL diagrams. Well this could be something else? So, we are now looking at TWO objects! One heading North the other East as seen in the images! The latest image now seems to show them on a possible collision course, although it's still too early to say for sure?!
