The real money and time of elaborate planning went into their own underground continuity of government facilities. Ever wonder why we actually have a 16 trillion dollar deficit? DO the math on one of these miles under ground facilities. WIth the tunnel systems and the rail systems with mach II traveling speed, and their ability "they think" to sustain life under ground for 20 years! There are more than a hundred of them and most interconnected. Its more than the national deficit for certain, and you wont be one enjoying entry into one of these underground bases that your tax payer dollars payed for.
