Ok so for as far as I can tell - CRYPTIC BULLSHIT AND PHONY-ASS "INSIDERS" ASIDE - here's what the nobody actually is:

An archetype for "the return of christ" in the average man. An everyday person, a nobody. It's not just one person, it's anyone who decides to take the rebellious "christ-like" archetype as their own and resist TPTB etc. The key is that its many every day average people - rather than some well connected, rich or powerful figure - which makes it much harder to oppress.
