If you look at the map the southern Area of Detroit is just at the Right spot for it to become Prime Real estate when ever The Tsunami hits Hard.

Now anyone who Lives Remotely Near South east michigan has Driven on Hayes at least once Hayes is one of the Streets that Start in the middle of Detroit and Expand north wards out.


And Philips Street (ghetto haven neighborhood) while it Runs Parallel to Hayes Never Actually Intersects.

So The Episode Being VERY close to the REAL Streets locations even gave me a pinpoint to look at with google maps. To asses the Range of Flooding If it where to Occur.

My Conclusion Where I live I am totally Safe from A mega Tsunami....But the Run off of newly homeless Gang banger will make me FLEE ASAP.
