Are posters on GLP racist?

The link above contains 90 vintage ads which according to the newspaper which posted them, are evil and racist. They have stupidly included WW2-era anti-Japanese propaganda. Back then we didn't "honor our enemy's culture" and make excuses for it like we do today.

Looking through it I found some of the material to be racist against Africans, but entirely appropriate for the time and place they were originally published.
